Fulyu Store and its content suppliers shall have the right, at any time, to claim the authorship of any Content posted on the Site and to object to any use, distortion or other modification of such Content. Any reproduction, publication, distribution, display, modification, creation of derivative work from, or exploitation in any way of, the Content expressly authorized in writing by Fulyu Store or its content suppliers shall be carried out by you for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of merchandise by Yoshiyuki Inc. (the “Provider” or “we”) to you through fulyu-global.jp (“Site”). Your use of the Site to purchase merchandise indicates your agreement to follow and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. ORDERS & PRODUCTS

All orders are subject to e-mail confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on the Site may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

2. PRICES

All prices are in Japanese Yen. Prices may change without notice. The total invoice price (Total amount due) is inclusive of Sales Tax.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the Site as specified on your order confirmation.

4. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the same have cleared our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

6. BINDING AGREEMENT

Our order confirmation, these Terms and Conditions of Sale and our other Site Policies shall be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

10. Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that once a purchase agreement has been enacted, any cancellations of the purchase will NOT be accepted for any reasons whatsoever.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

SHIPMENT

1.Purchased product(s) destined to Japan will be shipped by Yamato Transport and to the rest of world by EMS (international speed parcel).

2.You cannot designate the time and days of delivery at the time of purchase.

3. Customs duties may be levied depending on your country of residence and the specific items being shipped, and you will be responsible for paying any customs and duties.

4. A shipment verification email with an EMS tracking number will be sent from [daihyou@fulyu.jp] when the shipping procedure is completed.

6. Please contact the Yamato Transport offices or the EMS offices in your country for questions regarding shipments that have not arrived by the estimated arrival Days and for further details about the shipment status of your items.
