DELIVERY INFORMATION
SHIPMENT
- Purchased product(s) destined to Japan will be shipped by Yamato Transport and to the rest of the world by EMS (Express Mail Service).
- You cannot designate the time and days of delivery at the time of purchase.
- Customs duties may be levied depending on your country of residence and the specific items being shipped, and you will be responsible for paying any customs and duties.
- A shipment verification email with an EMS tracking number will be sent from daihyo@yoshiyuki.jp when the shipping procedure is completed.
- You can check the status of your shipment by logging on to the EMS homepage below and entering your EMS tracking number.
